I know this is a stupid question but, I was just wondering if insignia upgrades stack. For example, If i put "nightstalker"(+15 armor while attacking) insignias on every piece of my armor would it only be +15 armor or add up for every nightstalker insignia on my armor?

Armor, including that provided by Insignias, is locational, not global (except in the case of shields, or armor bonuses from weapons / focus items). Every hit on you, and every hit you make on an opponent, has a certain chance to hit each location on the target's body. Armor applies to where these hits land, not that they hit.

So, no, they do not stack, because the armor system in GW simply doesn't work like that.
